Problem Note 54804: A null-pointer exception occurs in the SAS® 9.4 Web Administration Console (TS1M1) when you load user sessions

In the first maintenance release for SAS 9.4, a null-pointer exception occurs when you select Users in the left navigation pane of the Web Administration Console. This problem occurs when you perform this action and you have accessed the console from the SAS® Information Delivery portal.
When you make that selection, Microsoft Internet Explorer processes for a long time. Then the following exception is generated either in the browser or in the application log file:

To resolve this issue, implement the workaround steps that are recommended in SAS Note 54238, "The SAS® Web Administration Console displays old user sessions."
A fix for this issue is planned for a later release.
